Our Services

Assistance with Daily Living


Assistance with daily activities such as personal care, medication administration and mobility.

Social and Community Participation

Assistance in participating or accessing social and community activities such as transport.

Domestic Assistance

Domestic assistance

Assistance with home cleaning such as vacuuming, light dusting, mopping and laundry.

Gardening and Yard Maintenance


Assisting with household and yard maintenance, lawn-mowing, rubbish removal and gardening.

Therapies and Assessments


Physiotherapist, psychologist, occupational therapy and therapy assist, assistive technology assessment, dietician and other allied health services.

Community Nursing


Individual assessment and support by a nurse and community nursing care for continence aid

More Information on Services

We provide support services that are funded by the NDIS.  There are three main categories of support and services available for participants:

  1. Core - This category encompasses supports aimed at assisting participants in carrying out their daily living activities.

  2. Capital - Under this category, participants can access support for investments such as assistive technologies, equipment, modifications to their home or vehicle, or funding for capital costs e.g. SDA.

  3. Capacity building -This category includes supports designed to help participants enhance their independence and skills by providing resources and assistance for skill development.

Your Care at Home provides core and capacity building supports.

As a registered service provider of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), ​we offer a range of tailored disability support services that encompass both in-home and community-based support.
